Phase I - Atlantic Sapphire Fish Farm 

​​Atlantic Sapphire's $200 million site in Homestead, Florida is home to a land-based salmon raising facility that aims to eventually be the largest of its kind in the world and currently the world’s largest Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS). Atlantic Sapphire's goal is to supply at least 12% of U.S. and Canadian salmon by 2031, and in the process create thousands of jobs in South Florida. The facility, known as the Blue House, is expected to make Miami-Dade County a center for the fishery industry and attract additional businesses to the area.
